Founded in 1993 by Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren, Viktor&Rolf is an Amsterdam-based fashion house known for bringing together fashion, art, and performance. Their early work developed through installations and couture before moving into ready-to-wear with the Autumn/Winter 2000 “Stars & Stripes” collection. The designers became known for unusual proportions, sculptural silhouettes, theatrical presentation, and fashion pieces that often sit somewhere between clothing and art. Their first menswear collection followed in 2003.
